1. Digital & Virtual Services
Since our services involve the creation of digital content (whiteboard animation videos), once a project has started or the final product has been delivered, it is not eligible for a return or refund. This is standard practice for digital products, as they cannot be returned or resold.
2. No Refunds Policy
- We do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. A project is considered to have commenced when we begin work on the animation, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, or any other services outlined in the project agreement.
- If you decide to cancel a project before any work has begun, we may issue a refund of any upfront payments made, minus any administrative fees.
- If a project is partially completed or delivered, no refund will be provided.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all our clients. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make unlimited revisions within the scope of the original agreement. Additional charges may apply for revisions that fall outside the original scope or additional features.
4. Revision Process
We allow for unlimited revisions to ensure the final video meets your expectations. Revisions are defined as changes to the project based on the feedback you provide and should be within the scope of the original service agreement. If additional work or major revisions are required beyond the initial scope, we may offer an additional charge for that work.
5. Delivery Timeline and Delays
Our standard delivery timeline is between 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the project. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we cannot offer a refund or compensation for delays. If you have any concerns about timelines, please contact us to discuss further.
6. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun but before it is completed, please notify us in writing. We will stop work immediately. However, you will be responsible for the payment of any work already completed up until the cancellation date.
- If you request cancellation after the final product has been delivered or after revisions have been completed, no refund will be provided.
